Keeping things fresh in the bedroom

For many couples, keeping things fresh in the bedroom is something that is given little thought, This is perfectly normal but can lead to a stale (and boring) relationship. It may be that you have been with your partner for a long time, you are happy and your relationship is strong. It might also be the case that things have got a little stale in the bedroom. The sex is still good, and regular but is it the same old routine? If it is then it might be time to put the buzz back and think about keeping things fresh in the bedroom.

I am not necessarily talking about the use of sex toys here (although that would probably work) not everyone is comfortable with using them.

There are many ways to add a little spice to the bedroom, all it takes is a little imagination. To help you on your way to a better relationship we have thought of a few ideas to get you started.

  • Flirt with your partner, it may have been 10 years since you got married but does that mean you can’t act like you did when you first met? Even if your partner is at work all day a text here and there which is slightly suggestive (can’t wait until you get home…) can get the mind thinking all sorts of things and there is nothing more of a turn on than anticipation!
  • Notes in his/her lunch, obviously not in the middle of a sandwich, just to say hi or I love you ensures that they are thinking about you for the rest of the day.

a note to keep things fresh.
A little note for lunch time.
  • If you have an empty house when your partner comes home from work, a trail of discarded clothing leading to the bedroom (or anywhere else you fancy it!) can increase anticipation, get the heart rate going and lead to an explosive night of passion.

There are many more ways to add some fun to a relationship, all it takes is a little imagination and some effort. As with most things, the more you put in to a relationship the higher the rewards and we all know what that can mean in the bedroom.
